We understand how daunting looking for a new job can be and the time constraints experienced when combining job hunting with a current job and other daily commitments.

Our recruitment consultant’s work on the basis that we would only propose a childcare appointment that we would be happy to take on ourselves. We believe that the success of the professional childcare relationship depends on ensuring that the expectations on each side are communicated effectively and are understood and we are here to support and guide you to help you achieve this.

In order that we may understand your expectations, we ask you, please, to complete the Candidate’s Questionnaire, giving us as much information as possible. After reviewing this, we will contact you to ask you to come in for an interview. We will then review our potential placements to see which may be of interest to you and only put forward to you the two or three that we feel you will be best suited to and which meet the specific requirements of yourself and those your potential employer (or point out where there are differences).
